Location
Can Giret lies embedded in the orange gardens of Biniaraix on a 2,000 sqm estate. The orange and lemon trees and its quiet location make this finca the ideal place for relaxing holidays.
Can Giret is a semi-detached house and has a seperate casita on the property.

Distribution / equipment
The total living space of the house is 200 sqm.

The first floor is divided into the entrada, with stone fllor and open chimney, and a small living room equipped with 2 sofas, a table and chairs. The full-equipped kitchen with large dining table has a separate acces to the garden. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the first floor.

In the first floor you will find a two sleeping rooms with two single beds each, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The second floor has another large sleeping room with a double bed and a bathroom en-suite with bathing tub and toilet.

The modern furnishing of Can Giret, in combination with the original architecture of the house (wooden beams, stone floors, etc.) provides it a very natural, authentic and comfortable touch.

In front of the house, a large terrace with teak furniture offers a wonderful view into the garden and the casita, which offers accomodation for two persons and is equipped with a double bed, a kitchen and a seperate bathroom. The roof terrace invites to relax and offers a marvellous view over Biniaraix, Sóller and the surrounding mountains.

Can Giret offers also central heating, CD player, 2 Sat-TV´s and a washing machine.

Tasteful atmosphere and a calm situation make Can Giret the ideal finca for a large family or a group of friends who seek a place to relax and recalm.
A small footpath takes you within 5 minutes to Biniaraix, Sóller and Fornalutx are only in a couple of minutes driving distance.
