Location
Approximately 10 minutes driving off the village of Fornalutx, this charming finca is located up in the mountains of the Tramuntana on a very large plot. The road up the moutains is winding and somewhat bumpy.

Fittings / equipment
120 sqm living area on 2 floors:
In the ground floor is a large living room with chimney and furniture. Large American kitchen with gas oven and stove, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. Pantry with washing machine, dryer. Guest toilet.

In the first floor:
the large bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm) and two possible extra matresses, for example for children. Library / TV-room with Sat-TV (mainly German), video and hifi as well as a large convertible sofa (150x210 cm). Spacious bathroom with shower an bathing tub.

The house is surrounded by a very large terrace with barbecue, herbs garden and many places to sit and rest. Below the terrace is also the pool of 3x8 m.

The house is well isolated, cool in summer and warm in the winter months. The chimney heats the entire house through a tube system in each room. Additionally, there is a warm/cold aircondition in the bedroom.

Las Rocas is a non-smoker finca and no animals are allowed. It´s not suited for very small children.

Summary
A beautiful finca on a huge plot and a very quite and remote place. The perfect place for a couple, in summer as well as in the winter months. Also suitable for a small family, as the children can sleep on the matresses and/or the convertible sofa.
