Location
Casa Margarita is a 300 years old finca (semi-detached) located at the town entrance of Biniaraix, offering a wonderful view over the valley of Sóller.

Distribution / equipment
In the first floor there is a living room with sofa, armchairs and a chimney, a dining room with typical Mallorcan furniture, the fully equipped kitchen and one sleeping room with double bed (2x2 m) and bathroom with shower/toilet.

The first floor offers a total of three sleeping rooms and one bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Casa Margarita sleeps a total of 8 persons. The entire house is equipped in a simple, rustic and practical way. It has a very nice terrace in front of the house, with barbecue and access to the swimming pool (9x5 m) that invites to wonderful outside dinners and evenings.

Summary
The house is ideal for a large family or group of friends who appreciate the wonderful landscape and nature surrounding the houseand who do not put too much importance on comfort. Sóller and Fornalutx are in 15 minutes walking distance. There you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.

Electric central heating, but not suitable for the winter months. For rent from May to September.
