Location
Quiet place without direct neighbours at the town exit of Fornalutx. Casa Montaña offers magnificent views over the mountains of the Tramuntana.

The restored natural-stone finca has two floors and a total of 180 sqm of living area.

In the ground floor there is a large cosy reception room with 2 sofas, a table, chairs and an open chimney. Next to it there is a dining room with the adjacent kitchen offering all kind of equipment, a large refrigerator/freezer, dish-washer, etc. From here you access a large terrace and the garden with a pool.

The terrace is equipped with deck chairs and chairs and a small outside kitchen with barbecue. In the ground floor also offers a bedroom with French bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobes. A beautiful and solid house in nice location, ideal for a family or group of friends. Fornalutx with shops, bars and restaurants is at 5 minutes driving, to Sóller and the Port it takes 10-15 minutes by car.
