Lying inmidst an orange garden, this renovated casita offers nice views over Biniaraix, Fornalutx and th surrounding gardens. Casita Sorell is located some 500 m before the entrance to Fornalutx.

Distribution / equipment
In the ground floor there is a living-/eating room in typical Mallorquín style with open chimney, table, chairs and a kitchen with fridge, gas oven and all necessary utensils. CD-player.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, washing basin and a toilet.

In the first floor are located the two bedrooms: the first one with a double bed (190 x 140 cm), fitted wardrobes and a small terrace. The second one has a single bed and a fitted wardrobe.

In front of the house a nice terrace with wine plants and table and chairs as well as two deck chairs; enjoy the marvellous views from here!

The entire equipment of the casita is well cared-for and in traditional style, but simple and without luxury.

Summary
A nice accommodation for individualists and lovers of the nature, who seek a place off the centers od turism. The private access road is very steep and with many curves. The casita is 15 minutes walking distance from the center of Fornalutx with it´s bars, restaurants and shops.
