The Casita Es Tarongers (=orange trees) is located on a sunny plot close to the small vilage of Biniaraix. The nice plot and garden has beautiful views over the valley of Sóller and the Tramuntana mountains. Adjacent to this casita is located Casita Soledad, also for rent through Fincas Mallorca. Walking distance to Biniaraix is 5 minutes, and some 25 minutes to the Plaza of Sóller.

Distribution / equipment
The 80 sqm of living area of the one-storey house are divided as follows:

The large combined eating area/living room with two comfortable sofas, table and a 37-inch flatscreen satelite TV with DVD; and a table and 4 chairs in the eating area. Next to this is the open, fully equipped modern kitchen with large fridge and freezer, electric hob and oven.

The casita sleeps up to 4 persons in 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed (150x200 cm), the second one with two single beds, 90x200 cm each. Both share a bathroom with shower and toilet, which is very styleful designed.

The large terrace in front of the house with its table and chairs invites for nice alfresco dinners and relaxing during the day. A washing machine is at your disposal.

Summary
A very nice and tastefully made casita for all those who seek quietness and nice views. It´s a perfect place for a family or two couples. A larger group can additionally rent the adjacent Casita Soledad which offers space for 2 more persons.

Aircondition warm/cold in the bedrooms and the living room. Also nice in the winter months.
