Location
This finca is located above Port de Sóller within the valley of La Figuera. It is surrounded by a large plot with wonderful Mediterranean plants. Marvellous views over the mountains and even the lighthouse of Port de Sóller. The driving distance to Port de Sóller are approx. 5 minutes. Being at the end of a private road, the house offers isolation and quietness and charming accommodation at the same time.

Distribution / equipment
The typical Majorcan finca offers an overall living area of approximately 180 sqm, spreaded over 2 floors.

Next to the entrance area you will find the large living room/dinig room with a closed fireplace (estufa) and sofas as well as a large table and chairs. You can enter this room through the kitchen and the main entrance with entrada, offering another fireplace with banks around it.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, an electric oven, a gas cooker and fridge with freezer. The large terrace in front of the kitchen invites for outside eating.

The ground floor is completed by a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

In the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x200 cm), the other with 2 single beds (90x200 cm). Both of them are equipped with a wardrobe and air-condition. They share a large bathroom with shower and toilet.

The entire furnishing and style of the house is rural and comfortable, just as you imagine a Majorcan country house. Also available: CD-player, DVD and Sat-TV.

The pool is 4x7 meters large with sunbeds and nice views over the mountains. An additional small bathroom completes the exterior of the house.

Summary
A wonderful country house with charme for a family or friends seeking nature, views and the typical Majorcan finca holiday. Just 5 minutes driving off Port de Sóller turns it into a rural gem. A car is recommendable, even if the walk to Port de Sóller only takes 20 minutes (2 km).
