Above Port de Sóller within a small quiet complex. Apartment Helga is a 2-storey duplex with an extra private terrace on top of the complex.

The living area of some 90 sqm plus 10 sqm balcony is divided into a large combined fully equipped kitchen/living room/dining room. The room has a table, chairs and a sofa. From here you access the balcony with its wonderful view over the bay and the surrounding mountains. The balcony is equipped with a large table and chairs, inviting for beautiful outside dinners.
The terrace on top of the complex has a 360° view over the mountains of the Tramuntana. Table, chairs and deck chairs make this the place to enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
The bedrooms and the bathroom are in the first floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and fitted wardrobes; another bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and also a fitted wardrobe. The main bedrrom offers nice views over the bay of Port de Sóller.
The bathroom with shower is modern and stylish.
The apartment has a large TV and hifi. Electric radiators give nice warmth during spring and autumn.
Summary
Ideal for 2 persons, but not for children! The walking distance to Port de Sóller is some 10 minutes, several hiking trails start right at the house.
