Private apartment complex in Port de Sóller. Located at a mountain-slope at the sea-side with wonderful view on the port. There are 3 apartments available for letting.

65 square meters living space with living/dining room and a fully-equipped american kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with bathing tub).

Equipped with washing machine, heating with electric radiators.
Light and well-cared practical furniture makes these apartments the ideal place for summer vacations.

Balcony with table, chairs and barbecue and a wonderful view over the port and the mountains.

The complex has a shared pool (5x3 mts.)

Summary
Suitable especially for families as the beach is in 2 minutes walking distance (cross one street with low traffic). Good price-performance-ratio. Ideal initial point for walks into the Tramuntana mountains. Distance to Port de Sóller approx. 10 min. walking.
Some 130 stairs combine the different apartments and the access to the complex! The apartments are therefore not suitable for handicapped persons.

Heating
Electric radiators. Less suitable for winter months.
