Location
The Casita Eugenio is located some 10 minutes driving off Sóller, within a very large olive grove over several terraces. The plot offers a really marvellous views over the entire valley of Sóller and the mountains surrounding it.

Distribution / equipment
The total living area of some 60 sqm divides into a main room (dining room), an American kitchen, a main sleeping room and a smaller second sleeping room for an extra person/child (bed size 190x90 cm), and the bathroom with shower and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped generously with anything you may need for holiday cooking, as well as a microwave oven, large fridge, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
The sleeping room has a room with a 150x100 cm double bed, a wardrobe and AC. Furthermore the casita has Spanish and German TV and VHS video.

The nicest area place of the casita is the exterior though; a large table with chairs invites for nice outside dining and offers enough shadow on hot days. The views are stunning and the terrace-like grove offers beautiful spots to rest, barbecue and enjoy the wonderful surrounding.

Summary
A nice and new casita, restored and prepared for renting in spring 2006. A perfect place for 2 persons seeking quiteness and remoteness within the typical Majorcan countryside. A car is necessary, and for children the casita might be a bit remote.

Heating
Chimney in the main room, not suited in the winter months.
