Location
At the edge of Sóller in a rural and quiet surrounding some 15 minutes walking distance from the center of Sóller and 5 minutes driving distance to Port de Sóller (or 15 minutes in the tram). Casa Linda lies within a nice garden and offers beautiful views over the mountains.

Equipment
The total living area of approx. 100 sqm is divided in a large kitchen with tables and a bench and access to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dish washer and microwave.

The adjacent living room is equipped with a sofa, wicker chairs, Sat-TV, Hifi and nice decorative elements. In the living rom there is also the chimney.

The sleeping area of the house has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed (150 x 200 cm), the second one with two single beds (90 x 195 cm). Suitable for teenagers (not too young children) is the gallery with two beds which is accessed via steep stairs.

The bathroom has a tub, toilet and washing basin.

The garden in front of the house is really nice. A large table with wicker chairs in front of the kitchen invites for outside eating. The pool (9 x 4 m) and an exterior kitchen with barbecue complete the charm and assets of this wonderful house.

Casa Linda also offers a washing machine and electric radiators.

A beautiful house in a wonderful surrounding, the perfect place for lovers of nature without living to remote. The plaza of Sóller is at only 15 minutes walking distance.

Summary
Perfect house for a family with 2-4 children or 2 couples, who want to spend their holidays in a rural surrounding with some neighbourhood.

Electric radiators and a chimney (estufa). Not too suitable in the winter months.
