Location
The finca El Prat is located between Sóller and Puerto de Sóller in a part of Sóller called Ses Argiles, at about 3 km off the centre of Sóller. The plaza is at some 20 minutes walking distance and 5 minutes driving. To Puerto de Sóller you have to drive some 10 minutes. The plot is surrounded by many orange and lemon trees.

Distribution/equipment
The 150 years old stone fince with a total living area of approx. 200 sqm has a large entrada, a dining room, three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. The major bedroom is equipped with aircondition. The rooms are divided over several floors.

The entrada / living room with its armchairs, open chimney, TV set and radio is the central area of the house. The kitchen is equipped with all you need for cooking as ceran cookers, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster and a dish washer.

The entire furnishing of the house is comfortable and a bit rustic (not old, though) and has lots of charm.

In front of the house is the 8x3 m large pool, a covered terrace with a table and chairs and an exterior kitchen and a barbecue. Very nice for grill and alfresco summer dining.
