Location
Nice house in the mountains around Alaró, located on a very large plot inmidst untouched nature. Casa Alaró is situated at some 1.5 km from the town center of Alaró. Palma is at 25 km, the beaches are 30 km away (Sóller, Palma).
Distribution/equipment
The house has 3 bedrooms (one with bathroom en-suite), a total of 2 bathrooms, a large living-/dining room and a full-equiped kitchen. The living area are approx. 130 sqm.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed (150x190 cm) , the second has two bunk beds (2x2 persons). Both bedrooms are accessed via the third bedroom, which is equipped with a large sofa-bed. Furthermore there is a small sleeping niche under the ceiling with a Futon bed (very popular with kids).
The exterior of the house with the large terrace and the pool (10x4 m) give the house an added value, especially in summer.
Further equipment: BBQ, baby bed, garden furniture, table games, TV, Video, DVD player.
Summary
Charming house, for instance for 2 families or groups of hikers, which prefer remoteness and quietness to beach life. A car is indispensable.
Heating
Chimney and wood oven. Not suitable in winter, but nice in spring and autumn.
