Description
This new built town house in loft style (3 floors - 3 rooms) was finished in May 2008. It is located in a pedestrian street in the center of Sóller, at 30 meters from the "Carrer de la Luna" and 200 meters of the main square with its bars and restaurants, banks and shops. The lowest floor is the first floor of the house and thus very private. In the ground floor of the building is a shop.
The house (70% of the building) was reconstructed from scratch, the notion being the creation of a generous living area inmidst the narrow streets of the town center. Thus, the 3 storeys are divided into three open rooms, offering lots of space for 2 persons.
The total of 150 sqm, 50 sqm on each floor, are designed as follows: the lower floor is accessed through some 15 stairs from the street. It is designed to be the kitchen and dining area.
